Description
This program, administered by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) in partnership with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, funds the installation, renovation, operation, and maintenance of pump-out stations and waste reception facilities at marinas across Oklahoma. The initiative aims to reduce the discharge of untreated sewage from recreational boats into state waterways, thereby protecting water quality and promoting environmentally responsible boating.
