Description
This grant opportunity, offered by the Lake Champlain Basin Program (LCBP) in partnership with the New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC), funds projects that advance water quality within the Lake Champlain Basin. The program supports both planning and on-the-ground implementation efforts that directly reduce pollution and improve water quality. Projects must align with the Clean Water goals outlined in Opportunities for Action, the Basin's management plan. Funding is available for a range of activities including stormwater management, shoreline and streambank stabilization, green infrastructure, phosphorus reduction, equipment purchases, and planning or prioritization for future water quality improvements.
