Description
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Engineering Report Grants program assists small Missouri communities in developing comprehensive engineering reports or facility plans for wastewater treatment and collection system improvements. These grants enable recipients to address regulatory compliance, inflow and infiltration, wet weather discharge elimination, system capacity evaluation, and necessary upgrades for aging infrastructure. Reports must be prepared and certified by a Missouri-registered professional engineer. Funding is provided via the CWSRF capitalization grant’s additional subsidization allocation.
