Description
This grant program assists small and medium-sized communities in Missouri with the planning and engineering costs of developing integrated management plans for municipal wastewater and stormwater management, and optionally drinking water management. The goal is to help communities identify and prioritize investments, improve regulatory compliance, and maximize the effectiveness of available funds for water infrastructure improvements. Funded plans must align with both EPA and Missouri Department of Natural Resources frameworks.
