Description
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) is a loan program administered by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) that provides low-interest financing for a broad range of water quality and clean water infrastructure projects across New Mexico. Funding supports planning, design, and construction of projects that improve wastewater systems, address stormwater management, promote watershed health, and incorporate sustainability or energy efficiency features. The program also leverages federal investments, including resources from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), to expand access to critical water infrastructure.
