Description
The Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program, managed by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, offers low-interest loans for the planning, design, and construction of water pollution control facilities. Eligible projects include wastewater, stormwater, energy, and related infrastructure improvements to address water quality and public health needs throughout Florida. The program also provides technical assistance and, for small, disadvantaged communities, grant funding to further reduce financial burdens. Compliance with federal requirements such as Davis-Bacon wage rates and American Iron and Steel provisions is required for all construction loans.
