    Description

The Rising Tide Foundation for Clinical Cancer Research (RTFCCR) supports innovative, patient-centered research worldwide across all cancer types. It funds phase I–III interventional clinical trials that commercial entities would not support, with patient impact expected within three to five years. Its focus areas include therapy optimization, disease and treatment burden, early detection, early intervention, and implementation research.

The program aims to improve cancer patients’ treatment options and quality of life. Patient partners contribute to research design, conduct, and dissemination rather than participating solely as trial subjects. Studies detecting or intervening on early cancer or pre-cancerous changes may also qualify at the pre-clinical validation stage. Both early-career and established independent investigators are encouraged to apply.
