Description
This opportunity from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation funds investigator-initiated clinical research projects aimed at improving the diagnosis, treatment, management, symptom control, or understanding of the pathophysiology of cystic fibrosis. Projects may use clinical, translational, or epidemiologic methodologies and must demonstrate access to sufficient cystic fibrosis patient populations and appropriate controls. The program strongly encourages proposals aligned with the Foundation’s current research priorities, including health disparities, modulators, infection, gastrointestinal and endocrine manifestations, pulmonary outcomes, mental and behavioral health, lung transplant, and sexual/reproductive health in CF.
