Description
This opportunity is a forecasted reissuance of the Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) program. The program aims to accelerate the translation of scientific discoveries into treatments, diagnostics, and health interventions that enhance patient and public health. It does so by funding and coordinating a national network of academic medical centers (CTSA Hubs) that provide the necessary infrastructure, expertise, training, and collaboration to move discoveries from laboratory research into clinical practice and community health. The CTSA program further seeks to catalyze the development, demonstration, and dissemination of innovative methods and technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of translational research across the spectrum.
