Description
The Stephen F. Cohen–Robert C. Tucker Dissertation Fellowship Program provides significant financial support for US-based doctoral students pursuing dissertation research or writing in Russian and Soviet historical studies. The program includes both research fellowships (for fieldwork and archival research) and completion fellowships (for dissertation writing), with a special award for Women’s and Gender Studies. Sponsored by the KAT Charitable Foundation and the JKW Foundation, and administered by the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies (ASEEES), this program aims to foster the next generation of academic experts in Russian history.
