The Stephen F. Cohen–Robert C. Tucker Dissertation Fellowship Program for Russian Historical Studies supports the next generation of US scholars in Russian studies. Administered by the Association for Slavic, East European, and Eurasian Studies (ASEEES), the program provides two forms of dissertation support: research fellowships for dissertation research and completion fellowships for finishing a dissertation.
