This agreement allows joint applications to be submitted to UKRI councils’ responsive mode funding opportunities, covering a wide range of disciplines. Each funder supports their respective national teams, and the scheme is open to proposals in any area within the remit of participating UKRI research councils. The MoU is valid until June 5, 2027, after which no new applications under this mechanism will be accepted unless extended.
