Description
Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) offers this Collaborative Research Development Grant in partnership with Microsoft AI for Good Lab. It funds teams at one institution or across institutions studying ovarian cancer or related gynecologic cancers, with a substantive AI or machine learning component at the center of the research. Interdisciplinary collaboration is encouraged. OCRA provides financial support, while Microsoft provides in-kind Azure computing credits and data science support.
OCRA strongly prefers innovative, high-impact work in screening and early detection, etiology and prevention, therapeutics, cancer biology, and genetics. It also encourages research in health services, quality of life, and epidemiology. The grant aims to help investigators build or strengthen teams capable of sustained, high-impact research.
