Description
Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA) funds this grant through its Schreiber Research Grants Program to help investigators build or strengthen teams capable of high-impact research and future competition for external funding. Teams may work within one institution or across multiple institutions; interdisciplinary collaborations are encouraged. Projects must focus on ovarian cancer or have clear, direct relevance to it, including work in related gynecologic cancers.
OCRA gives strong preference to innovative projects with high potential impact in screening and early detection, etiology and prevention, therapeutics, cancer biology, and genetics. It also encourages research in health services, quality of life, and epidemiology.
