Description
The Paleontological Society Collections Grants support members engaged in projects within natural history collections, with a focus on paleontological and paleobiological curation and digitization. The program aims to address backlogs and improve the care, management, and accessibility of collections. Supported activities include curation, digitization, rehousing, archiving, georeferencing, training and hiring assistants, purchasing curatorial/archival supplies, transferring collections, and organizing or attending workshops related to collections management. The grant is designed to strengthen the infrastructure and community impact of paleontological collections.
