Description
The Ohio Department of Development’s Ohio Third Frontier runs the College Technology Internship Program to connect college students with Ohio technology companies and companies that have a technological need. Companies receive support for paid internships that offer meaningful work, while students gain experience in business, entrepreneurship, and technology. Students in any major may apply; participating companies seek skills across fields including STEM, business, communications, marketing, and design.
The program aims to help businesses compete and grow while students explore career paths and build their resumes. Internship projects have included websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, augmented and virtual reality, software modernization, and cybersecurity.
