Description
The Association for Academic Surgery (AAS) Visiting Professorships are designed to foster international collaboration and professional development in surgery. These awards provide travel support for AAS members to participate as visiting professors at the annual meetings of partner surgical societies worldwide, including organizations in Colombia, Taiwan, West Africa, and Australasia. Recipients are expected to engage in academic exchange, present at meetings, and host visiting professors from partner societies at the Academic Surgical Congress.
