Description
The Colorado Pathway Home program, managed by the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE), delivers tailored employment and training services to justice-involved individuals both before and after their release from incarceration. Using a Workforce Navigator model, the program ensures each participant receives consistent, personalized support from a dedicated case manager for up to six months prior to release and continuing after reentry into the community. The program is focused on individuals likely to relocate to the 5-county Denver Metropolitan Area or the El Paso/Teller County areas, with the aim of facilitating a smooth transition into the workforce.
