Description
Colorado Pathway Home provides pre- and post-release employment and training services to justice-involved individuals. The Colorado Department of Labor & Employment (CDLE) collaborates with local Colorado Workforce Centers to offer training, education, job services, apprenticeships, and employment programs tailored to participants’ needs.
The program uses a Workforce Navigator model to coordinate workforce support across the transition from incarceration to release. A single case manager works with each participant for up to six months before release and continues working with them afterward. This approach maintains continuity rather than separating pre-release and post-release services, bringing individualized case management and workforce services together within a scalable, collaborative delivery model.
