Description
Comfort Partners is a free home energy-efficiency assistance program run by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities through New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program (NJCEP). It helps income-eligible customers in New Jersey lower their utility bills by implementing cost-effective energy-saving measures in their homes. The improvements are provided at no cost to participants.
