These virtual groups convene participants from across the country to collaboratively explore specific engagement topics, share resources, build relationships, and deepen professional skills. CoPs are structured to be democratic, equity-focused, and inclusive, enabling all participants to both contribute and learn within a supportive, peer-driven environment. The program also supports preparation for community engagement credentials and fosters collective growth through regular, interactive sessions.
