Description
The Community Accelerated Mobility Project (CAMP) is an annual grant program administered by the Colorado Energy Office in partnership with the Community Access Enterprise. CAMP funds the development and implementation of innovative, community-driven electric mobility (e-mobility) projects across Colorado. The program has two distinct phases: Technical Readiness Planning and Implementation. Grants are available to help communities research, plan, and execute projects that address unique local transportation needs using electric-powered solutions, such as electric carshare, vanpool, e-bike share, and community charging infrastructure. The goal is to empower local and Tribal governments, nonprofits, and educational institutions to create sustainable, accessible transportation options—especially in rural, low-income, and disproportionately impacted communities.
