This grant funds community-led projects in Scotland that bring people together, support those facing poverty, disadvantage, or discrimination, and promote inclusion. Projects should be led by members of the community and are expected to build on existing local strengths and address gaps in current services or activities. Eligible projects must aim to achieve at least two of the following outcomes: building positive relationships, supporting health and wellbeing, improving access to nature, or making a positive environmental impact.
