--- ## Description The Community Arts Access Project Grant, administered by the Five Wings Arts Council and funded by the McKnight Foundation, provides financial support for projects that create, produce, or sponsor arts activities. The program aims to stimulate and maintain high-quality artistic experiences, fostering the development of local or regional artists and arts organizations in Cass, Crow Wing, Morrison, Todd, and Wadena counties in Minnesota. Eligible projects include art productions, exhibitions, guest artist engagements, organizational development, special publications, workshops, classes, and arts awareness initiatives.
