Description
The Community-Centered Connectivity (CCC) Grant Program supports organizations working to bridge the digital divide by developing and expanding Internet access and increasing adoption in digitally excluded communities. Emphasizing community-driven, locally governed solutions, the CCC program funds projects that address barriers to connectivity, including availability, affordability, and adoption. The program offers three funding tracks—Catalyst, Scaling, and Systems—tailored to organizational experience and project scale. Strong applications demonstrate technical feasibility, community involvement, and sustainability plans, with a preference for projects serving refugees/displaced communities, Indigenous peoples, and women and girls.
