Description
The Community Clinic Grant is administered by the Minnesota Department of Health’s Office of Rural Health and Primary Care (ORHPC). Authorized by Minnesota Statute 145.9268, it supports eligible organizations in planning, establishing, or operating clinical services for populations with low incomes and/or living in rural Minnesota. Supported service areas include preventive care and medical, dental, and mental health primary care.
For fiscal year 2027, the program prioritizes increasing or maintaining access to health services for uninsured and underinsured patients. This includes both expanding access and sustaining the care clinics already provide to these populations.
