Description
The New York State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program – 2026 Housing Activities provides federal funding, administered by Homes and Community Renewal (HCR), to support community development projects in eligible New York State localities. The program aims to foster viable communities by improving affordable housing, infrastructure, and community facilities, with a focus on projects that benefit low- and moderate-income (LMI) households. Eligible activities include housing rehabilitation, infrastructure improvements tied to housing, and enhancements to community facilities.
