Description
The New York State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Housing Activities program is administered by the Office of Community Renewal within Homes and Community Renewal. It funds rehabilitation of single-family, owner-occupied homes and infrastructure improvements supporting existing housing. Home rehabilitation can address essential repairs, code violations, and health and safety concerns; infrastructure work can address hazardous residential conditions, including water and sewer systems.
