Description
The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, administered by New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR) through its Office of Community Renewal (OCR), provides federal funding to eligible local governments across New York State. The program aims to develop viable communities by supporting projects that deliver decent housing, suitable living environments, and expanded economic opportunities—primarily for low- and moderate-income (LMI) individuals and families.
