    Description

    The Bama Works Fund, supported by the Dave Matthews Band and administered by the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation, provides grants to organizations advancing youth development, essential needs, environmental protection, and the arts and humanities. The Fund focuses on innovative and impactful community projects benefiting Charlottesville and the counties of Albemarle, Buckingham, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa, Nelson, and Orange. Preference is given to projects fostering positive change in these areas, while requests for endowments, fundraising events, annual appeals, or grants to individuals are generally not supported.
