Description
The Community Enrichment Program (CEP), administered by the Hawaii Tourism Authority (HTA) and Kilohana, funds community-driven tourism initiatives that enhance and diversify Hawaiʻi’s visitor experiences while providing value to local residents. The program targets projects, festivals, and year-round activities in areas such as culture, education, health and wellness, nature, agriculture, sports, culinary, and voluntourism. CEP emphasizes authentic, locally-led events that foster meaningful resident-visitor interaction and support the economic, social, and environmental well-being of Hawaiʻi’s communities.
