--- ## Description The Community Grant: Project Support is the flagship funding initiative of the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, designed to strengthen Worcester County by supporting innovative nonprofit projects and programs. Grants are available for both new and ongoing initiatives that align with one or more of five strategic focus areas: Arts & Creativity, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Health & Wellbeing, and Youth Development.
