This grant program provides project-based funding to nonprofit organizations and fiscally sponsored entities serving Worcester County, Massachusetts. It aims to support initiatives that drive measurable outcomes in five strategic areas: Arts & Creativity, Basic Needs, Economic Opportunity, Health & Wellbeing, and Youth Development. The program prioritizes projects that strengthen community cohesion, increase access to essential resources, foster economic self-sufficiency, improve health outcomes, and create meaningful opportunities for youth. Applications are evaluated on feasibility, innovation, impact, equity, and organizational strength.
