Description
The Community Impact Fund, managed by the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, provides annual grants to support transformative, large-scale projects, programs, or services that create lasting positive change across the foundation’s nine-county region. This endowment-based program seeks initiatives that expand or enhance programs, technology, or facilities, strengthen organizational viability, or foster multi-community collaborations tackling systemic challenges.
