Description
The Community Land Trust Pilot is administered by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) to expand single-family housing for low- to moderate-income households in North Dakota. It provides local community land trusts with low-cost credit to finance housing work, rather than offering grant funding.
The pilot supports acquisition, rehabilitation, demolition, and new construction of homes on in-fill lots and in higher-density neighborhoods.
