Description
The Community Opportunities program provides fast, flexible grants to help nonprofit organizations in Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago Counties of Northern Illinois respond to emergencies, act on time-sensitive opportunities, or leverage matching funds for charitable activities. This program is designed for situations that fall outside of routine operations—such as crises that threaten an organization’s ability to serve, or rare chances to benefit the broader community. Funding is limited and awarded on a rolling basis until the annual allocation is depleted.
