The Foundation's strategic focus is on moving 10,000 women into the workforce and toward economic mobility by 2027. Grants are awarded to organizations addressing three core focus areas: Women + Work, Women + Leadership, and Women + Wellbeing (with an emphasis on financial wellbeing).
