Description

The Community Resilience Partnership, administered by the Maine Office of Community Affairs (MOCA), provides grants and technical assistance to help Maine communities address local climate change priorities. The program funds projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, support clean energy transitions, and strengthen resilience to climate impacts such as severe weather, flooding, sea-level rise, and public health threats. The initiative is a core part of Maine’s climate action strategy, "Maine Won’t Wait," and empowers municipalities, Tribal Governments, and other eligible entities to plan and implement effective climate mitigation and adaptation projects.
