Description
The Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is a federally funded program administered by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) to address the root causes and conditions of poverty within Colorado communities. The CSBG provides formula-based grants to 28 eligible local entities—including county governments, councils of governments, and nonprofit community action agencies—enabling them to fund a broad range of anti-poverty activities.
