Description
This opportunity will fund a single organization to provide comprehensive training and technical assistance (TTA) to states, territories, tribes, and CSBG-eligible entities. The goal is to strengthen understanding of Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) statutory and regulatory requirements, improve implementation of critical program elements (such as community needs assessment, tripartite boards, and compliance), and support the coordination and development of anti-poverty resources. The recipient will be expected to deliver tailored TTA, develop and disseminate resources, foster collaboration across service systems (e.g., foster care, behavioral health, housing), and help ensure that CSBG-funded programs are effective, accountable, and aligned with ACF priorities.
