Description
This opportunity funds a single organization to deliver national training and technical assistance (TTA) to states, territories, tribes, and CSBG-eligible entities. The goal is to build capacity for effective Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) administration, improve compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and enhance the implementation of critical program elements such as needs assessment, board governance, and outcome-focused reporting. The funded organization will also facilitate development and coordination of anti-poverty resources and promote collaboration across systems (e.g., foster care, behavioral health, housing) to support stable, thriving families and communities.
