The Competition Center Athlete Support Fund is a designated program of the Grand Foundation, established in partnership with the Winter Park Ski Education Foundation. The fund aims to reduce financial barriers for athletes engaged in Winter Park Competition Center programs by offering both need-based and merit-based support. Its mission is to foster lifelong engagement in mountain sports, supporting athletes whether they are pursuing recreational enjoyment or aiming for elite, world-class competition.
Assistance is available for both summer and winter program cycles, and awards are determined by household income, with additional merit awards possible for athletes demonstrating outstanding achievement or international competition needs.
