Description
The State Library of Ohio's Competitive Grant program funds innovative projects led by Ohio libraries that address evolving community needs, foster diverse forms of literacy, and enhance outreach and engagement. The grant aims to strengthen libraries as community anchors and encourages creative, impactful solutions aligned with the Ohio LSTA Five Year Plan. Projects must address at least one of three focus areas: Library as Community Anchor, Literacy (including digital, financial, health, and other literacies), or Outreach and Engagement (especially to underserved populations and through novel partnerships).
