Description
The Competitive Grants program from the History Colorado State Historical Fund provides funding for projects that preserve, document, or interpret Colorado’s historic places, including the built environment, archaeological sites, and educational initiatives related to historic preservation. Eligible projects must adhere to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Historic Properties and, where relevant, the Colorado State Historic Preservation Office’s Survey Manual. The program aims to protect Colorado’s rich heritage and foster public appreciation through research, restoration, planning, and educational activities.
