Description
The Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) administers the Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) Grant with federal funding to strengthen literacy supports for students and educators across Virginia. The program aims to extend evidence-based daily literacy instruction and sustain effective implementation, concentrating efforts in divisions and student groups with the greatest need.
