    Description

    The China Institute at Bucknell University offers Conference and Research Travel Grants to support faculty and students engaging in teaching and research activities focused on the Sinosphere—East Asia, South and Southeast Asia, and Asian diaspora communities worldwide. The grant is designed to cover travel expenses for attending conferences, workshops, symposiums, or for conducting research at relevant sites, either within or outside the United States. Projects with comparative perspectives involving Greater China are especially encouraged. Funding is provided as reimbursement for eligible travel costs and is awarded on a competitive basis by the China Institute Steering Committee, subject to the availability of funds.
