Description
The American Center of Research (ACOR) offers the Conference Travel Award annually to help Jordanian graduate students and working professionals participate in international conferences and deliver scholarly papers. The program advances ACOR’s mission of increasing knowledge of Jordan and the interconnected region, past and present. Work in any field of study related to that mission is eligible, rather than being limited to a single discipline.
The program supports both in-person and virtual paper presentations through separate annual awards. In-person support is for an international conference held in the United States or Canada. Virtual support covers conference registration and membership fees when required for presenting a scholarly paper. Both formats focus on delivering scholarly work, not poster presentations.
