Description
The Nanovic Institute for European Studies at the University of Notre Dame supports academic conferences and workshops addressing issues of importance to European studies. This grant is part of the institute’s competitive funding program for substantive faculty-led projects that enliven European studies at Notre Dame. It supports event organizers, rather than faculty seeking funding to attend conferences or workshops.
Events may be hosted at Notre Dame or anywhere in Europe. The institute particularly favors events organized in partnership with Notre Dame Global at its sites in Dublin, Kylemore Abbey, London, or Rome. Applicants may seek conference and workshop support or request a larger sponsorship contribution when seeking the institute as a major co-sponsor.
