Description
The Grady Family Congressional Fellowship Program is run by the Hoover Institution to support congressional staff who advise Members of Congress on complex policy issues. Convened multiple times a year at Hoover’s main campus at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, the program brings staff together with Hoover scholars for educational seminars on domestic and international policy.
The seminars address economic, education, technology, national security, and foreign policy issues aligned with Hoover’s research priorities. Participants learn from and debate policy questions with leading thinkers and practitioners, exploring both the philosophical foundations of political reasoning and the mechanics of policies. The intensive format includes two full days of programming, with opportunities for questions and exchanges among scholars and congressional staff with varied experiences.
