Description
The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) Congressional Fellowships program is a 12-month, full-time initiative designed to immerse early career policy professionals in the legislative process on Capitol Hill. Fellows are placed in the offices of Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) members and congressional committees, where they engage in legislative research, policy development, and constituent services. The fellowship also includes professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and access to an extensive alumni network. The program aims to nurture future leaders dedicated to advancing public service and public policy, particularly in areas impacting the Black community.
