Description
The Connected Communities grant program from Central Carolina Community Foundation funds creative, high-impact projects that strengthen community ties and enhance the quality of life throughout South Carolina’s Midlands region. Grants are awarded to nonprofit and eligible organizations for initiatives that increase community attachment, satisfaction, and access to essential resources—such as safe living and working spaces, healthcare, employment, affordable housing, recreation, and arts and culture. The program emphasizes innovative approaches, measurable outcomes, and projects that inspire additional philanthropy and community engagement.
