The Connie Boochever Emerging Artist Fellowship Fund recognizes and supports emerging Alaskan artists of significant talent and creative promise. Established in honor of Connie Boochever, a noted arts advocate, the fellowship aims to nurture artists who are at a formative stage in their careers and have not yet achieved major recognition. The program alternates disciplines every two years—2025 supports Performing Arts (theatre, music), while 2027 will focus on Visual Arts. Fellowships are intended to help artists advance their creative careers and contribute to Alaska’s cultural landscape.
