Description
The Conservation Excellence Grant (CEG) Program is designed to help Pennsylvania farmers adopt advanced conservation practices that improve environmental stewardship and farm sustainability. Administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture in partnership with local conservation districts, the program provides financial assistance and support for implementing a wide range of best management practices (BMPs) in priority agricultural regions, particularly those impacting the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
