Description
The Conservation Partnership Grant Program is designed to assist IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts with acquiring interests in land for conservation or recreation purposes. The program funds projects that involve either the acquisition of fee interests in land or conservation restrictions, or the due diligence costs associated with donations of land or conservation restrictions. All supported projects require that a conservation restriction is held by a municipal or state agency or another land trust, and must provide for appropriate public access to the conserved land.
