Description
The HOME CHDO Operating Grant Program, administered by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA), provides limited operating support to certified Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) that are developing, sponsoring, or owning affordable housing projects using HOME set-aside funds. The program aims to build and sustain the capacity of CHDOs to create and maintain affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households throughout North Dakota.
